  • Guide families through care options and make personalized recommendations
  • Conduct assessments to understand client needs and preferences
  • Maintain relationships with partner communities and providers
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in senior care or healthcare consulting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and home care options
Responsibilities:
  • Answer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Schedule consultations and follow up with leads
  • Support families throughout the placement process
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or care coordination
  • Empathy, patience, and clear communication
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
Responsibilities:
  • Manage outreach campaigns to grow ASL’s provider network
  • Assist in creating content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters
  • Track engagement metrics and support lead generation
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably healthcare-related
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
  • Strong writing and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
  • Update website content and maintain blog posts
  • Assist with SEO and keyword optimization
  • Coordinate with the design and dev team for updates
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS
  • Strong attention to detail and writing skills
  • Understanding of SEO best practices (preferred)

  • Build and maintain relationships with assisted living and memory care facilities
  • Ensure providers meet ASL’s quality standards
